Centra’s 10 steps to happiness

Centra catches your eye. Your heart starts to pound, your eyes flicker. You smile as you choose your Centra home and sign the agreement making it “yours.”

2. inspire

You will meet with one of our preferred lenders to finalize your loan approval. They will tailor the best financing package for your budget and lifestyle.

3. enjoyment

Your sales consultant will help as you pick your design options to personalize your new home.

4. discovery

You will meet with your personal community builder who will walk you through the building process and explain the construction timetable.

5. anticipation

Now it is time for your pre-drywall walk-through. This allows you to look "under the hood" and see firsthand the quality built into your new home. We will also ensure that all your selections are correct.

6. trust

Before we show your new home to you we conduct our own quality control inspection to ensure everything is in proper order and is up to each of our highest standards.

7. excitement

Approximately three to four weeks before your estimated move in, we will contact you to finalize the date of your new home orientation and schedule the actual closing.  

At your the new home orientation, which will occur just days before closing, we will take you on a room by room tour to demonstrate the quality features and operating procedures for your new home. We will also explain our new home warranty program.

8. wonder

The preferred lender and title company prepare the final closing paperwork and notify you what is required for your closing. Congratulations - you now have the keys to your brand-new centra home.

9. joy

Approximately 30 days after your closing, we will contact you and provide a complimentary paint and drywall touch up. To reinforce our commitment to your satisfaction we will also schedule an additional walk-through at the one year mark to address items that may need attention and provide maintenance tips.

10. happiness

Relax, be proud of your accomplishments, and enjoy creating wondrous memories - centra style.
